Return / Refund Policy:
We truly cherish customizing your packaging for you and we hope you enjoy them as much as we do!
However, due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns. If you are:
a. not happy with a product or
b. have received an incorrect or damaged order.
Please do get in touch with us with a photo of your order within 24 hours of receiving it. Once we have the necessary information, we will work with our Quality Control team and Shipping partner to address the issue.
